Spanish Footballer Exposes Dark Secrets of Federation's Plot! 😱
The Spanish national team has recently taken action that has drawn strong reactions from Jenni Hermoso, a prominent Spanish footballer. Hermoso, in a statement shared on social media, expressed her concerns regarding the federation's decision to include players who are currently boycotting the women's national team. She believes that this move signifies that "nothing had changed."

Hermoso's statement comes in the wake of a collective decision by 39 players, including 21 members of the World Cup-winning squad, to boycott the national team. They cited feeling unsafe and demanded substantial changes within the federation. However, Spain's new head coach, Montse Tome, proceeded to call up many of these players despite their boycott declaration, leading to their reaffirmation of the boycott.
Hermoso, though not called up herself, believes that the federation's actions are an attempt to exert pressure on the players. She stated, "The players are convinced that this is yet another strategy of division and manipulation, intended to intimidate and threaten us with legal consequences and financial penalties."
It's important to note that under Spain's Sport Act, players can potentially face fines or suspension of their federation licenses for refusing a national team call-up. Consequently, the players are also exploring the legal implications of being added to the squad list despite their announced boycott.
In the coming week, Spain's women's team is scheduled to compete against Sweden and Switzerland in the UEFA Nations League, adding further complexity to this ongoing dispute.
