Moreover, the study, drawing from the same credible source, divulged that nearly half (48%) of the workforce places a premium on affiliating with companies deeply committed to community-driven initiatives.
This insightful survey, administered through the iVox platform, encompassed 1,307 Romanian internet users and transpired throughout the month of April. A detailed analysis of the participants reveals a demographic composition where 52% are women, and a substantial 42% enjoy a net income surpassing RON 4,000.

Notably, 30% revealed a preference for social interactions, while 9.3% cherished spontaneous and unstructured moments as integral to their professional experience.
